Google LinkIn June I had a problem with Hunter Irrigation Controller that was installed by the landscape company. The company came by twice and couldn’t fix the timing of the water flow. They suggested that I contact the distributor of Hunter Irrigation Controller. I contacted the distributor and they suggested that I contact Innovative Gardens Inc. – Bernardino Cisneros Vera. I called Bernardino and he agreed to come by that evening. He checked the control panel and all the settings and by this time it was getting late. He said that he will be back tomorrow. He read the manual and realized that the landscape contractor removed the metal jumper that he wasn’t supposed to. He improvised by taking a wire and connecting the two circuit together and solved the issue. I was very impressed by Bernardino’s patience’s, intelligence, resourcefulness, great work habits and people skill. Since our encounter, Bernardino has incorporated slate rock material in the garden, installed lookup lights in the tree areas and taken care of backyard’s needs. I am very pleased with
